• Shipping

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 3 business days. If any delay occurs, you will be notified. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If your order is not as expected, contact us promptly with your order confirmation number.

 

Shipping is free to Hong Kong and Macau. International shipping is free on orders over $100. All parcels are shipped from the United States or China, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days. Import taxes and duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Please inform us of any address changes before shipment. Address modifications after dispatch may incur a carrier fee.

 

Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and unforeseen courier delays (e.g., weather, volume, traffic). Delivery may also be delayed if changes are made to shipping options after dispatch.

• Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase for unworn items in original packaging, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. To initiate a return, please contact us for the return address. Once your return is received, processing may take 8–13 business days. A confirmation will be sent upon completion.

Unclaimed Packages

A fee of $60 USD will be charged for unclaimed packages. This covers the cost of outbound and return shipping. If you wish to cancel or return an order after dispatch, please contact us immediately.
